Founded in 2012, Alchemy Consumer Partners (ACP) is a Southern California-based private investment firm focused on branded consumer products and lifestyle oriented businesses.
 
Our principals are seasoned investment professionals with extensive 

experience successfully originating, structuring, managing and realizing private investments.  Additionally, ACP has a deep roster of affiliated operating partners, whom we utilize to add significant value at our portfolio companies.  We also have significant international licensing expertise and a broad network of strategic relationships that permit us to capitalize on unique global opportunities in high growth, emerging consumer markets.
 
ACP provides equity capital to companies whose brand value exceeds their current operating value.  We prefer majority equity stakes, but on occasion will make significant minority investments in exceptional, high growth, founder-run companies.  We pride ourselves on our flexibility, creativity, integrity and discretion. We typically commit $5 to $50 million of capital (with the ability to upsize for unique opportunities) to companies in a variety of growth, recapitalization, reorganization, PIPE, buyout, carve-out and consolidation transactions.
